What’s TX ID (Transaction ID)?

Tx ID is a unique ID of your transaction request in your Pocket , which you can use to keep track of transactions and also reference in communications with our team if you have any queries

What’s TX Status (transaction status) ?

TX Status is the status of your Topup request, which can be Pending, Done, or Rejected

How do I view my Pocket Balance?

To view your Walee Pocket Balance, click your Pocket icon from the bottom navigation bar to access your Pocket. At the top of your screen, you can see your total available balance in your Walee Pocket.
