What is the process to Topup?

To Topup your Walee Pocket Pocket, follow these steps:

  1. Click Pocket Pocket icon on the bottom navigation bar

  2. On the Walee Pocket page, click topup button

  3. Enter Amount Added, which should be equal to your Campaign Budget’s value

  4. You should now deposit your Topup amount to the following account Bank Name: Silk Bank Account Title: Walee Technologies PRIVATE LIMITED Account Number: 5000386188

  5. Once you are done with the payment, upload your payment receipt in Proof of Payment section.

  6. Check both the checkboxes after reading Walee’s Terms and Conditions

  7. Click submit to proceed

  8. Once your amount is received and verified in our Silk Bank account, your Walee Pocket Pocket will be credited.

How will this Topup amount be used?

Your Topup amount will be consumed as per your selected plan. For example, if your Campaign Opportunities is Conversion based and you offered to pay 10% commission, then for each successful sale, 10% of your sale amount will be deucted from your Walee Pocket Pocket and awarded to the Influencer.

How Influencers get commission on their sales?

For Sales-based Campaigns, an Influencer is paid with the commission after a successful sale and the deducted amount will be reflected on your Pocket Pocket

How can I track deductions made to my Pocket Balance?

You can view all your Active Campaigns with the total amount spent on each Campaign Opportunities from your Pocket Pocket page. Please note, your Pocket balance is deducted after the KPI is reached by Influencer, regardless of which metric you selected i.e., Sales, Add to Carts, Page Views or Sign ups

How can I withdraw my Pocket Balance during Live Campaign?

Email us at support@walee.pk with the title Withdraw Pocket Balance - Live Campaign and include your Username, Mobile Number and the Amount to transfer. Note, we process these requests during working hours.

How can I withdraw my Pocket Balance if my Campaign is Paused?

Email us at support@walee.pk with the title Withdraw Pocket Balance - Paused Campaign and include your Username, Mobile Number and the Amount to transfer. Note, we process these requests during working hours.

How can I withdraw my Pocket Balance if my Campaign is Completed?

Email us at support@walee.pk with the title Withdraw Pocket Balance - Completed Campaign and include your Username, Mobile Number and the Amount to transfer. Note, we process these requests during working hours.
